We at www.babypressies.com.au believe privacy is paramount! To this extent we will never pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone unless required by law. We use your personal information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter (only if requested) and to personalise your shopping experience with us only.
Security
We subscribe to our own SSL encryption certificate to ensure security of payment information. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard, via this method you can pay using your Visa or Mastercard.
In addition to this, we also accept Paypal for credit card and direct bank payment. This means you do not have to provide your credit or debit card details to us at all if you prefer.
If you do not have a paypal account or are not comfortable paying in this manner then you are welcome to send a money order via Australia Post or personal cheque. Please email us at info@babypressies.com.au for postal address details.

When payment is made by these methods your goods can only be dispatched when payment has been cleared into our bank account.
Please use your order number as a reference when paying via direct deposit.
Companies can apply for an account. An invoice will then be sent upon order being placed. Payment in full is required within 14 days of invoice receipt via cheque or direct deposit. To apply for company account please email info@babypressies.com.au
Delivery
Delivery of goods is via Australia Post and is based on weight. Regular postage or express postage maybe chosen by you at checkout. Orders over $200 in value will be sent by registered post.
For Baby Hampers we recommend Express Post but give you the option of choosing regular post or express. This means you can send hampers for as little as $7.20
Why don't we use Courier Services? Because we asked our customers. Couriers can be frustrating to rearrange delivery when you aren't at home and often will not return more than twice. Australia Post is fast, reliable and everyone knows how to pickup from the post office if delivery for some reason can't be left the first time. We also firmly believe in a single charge for all Aussies! That means we don't charge extra delivery to really remote areas and unlike couriers, deliver to PO Boxes is always ok.
Happy? We are, and we are sure you will be too.
Order over 3kgs (or a hamper plus goodies for siblings or extras) we always send Express Post. Why? Because there are no regular post satchels above 3kgs. This means that we can't give clear and single pricing Australia wide without using the Express up to 5 kgs satchel. We think it's great value though. Let us know if you don't and we will calculate your exact postage and packaging to your location. We would be surprised if it would be cheaper delivered within the same time frame!
We will do our utmost to send your order within 24 hours of you placing it and once payment has been cleared. Most orders are delivered within 1-3 days. No deliveries are made on weekends or NSW public holidays – orders are dispatched next business day.
Loss or damage is very rare. However, in the event that your parcel is lost or damaged by Australia Post, Baby Pressies Pty Ltd ( www.babypressies.com.au ) will not be held responsible for the loss. Please contact us if you would prefer your order to be sent by courier, offering up to $1500 insurance and requiring a signature when delivered. Additional postage for courier option will be charged.
Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind
We want you to be happy with your purchases from www.babypressies.com.au so if for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive you may return them within 7 days of receiving them with a copy of your receipt. Please email us at info@babypressies.com.au explaining your intent to return the goods and stating why you wish to return them.
Items must be in new condition (unworn/ unwashed and unused) and returned in their original packaging with labelling intact. We will not accept returns unless these conditions are met. All shipping costs for returns/ exchanges (excluding faulty items) are at the buyer’s expense, including re-delivery cost of exchange items.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the goods you received are damaged or faulty in any way we will happily replace them or offer you a full refund. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the goods at info@babypressies.com.au explaining the fault. Return postage for faulty goods will be refunded.
Sale items are not e
xchangeable or refundable unless they are not as described on the website.

Out of Stock Items
We strive to keep www.babypressies.com.au completely up to date. If however, we have advised a product as available when it is not, we will contact you ASAP to discuss whether a backorder, alternative product or refund is preferred.
Gift Wrapping
We happily offer a free gift wrapping service, so your gift can be delivered directly to the lucky recipient. This service is offered at the checkout. If you would like some help picking that perfect gift just send us an email on info@babypressies.com.au with your budget amount and we will help you pick the perfect present. Alternatively, we offer gift certificates of any amount. These are a sure way of ensuring the correct present everytime!
Sizing
Whilst sizing varies depending on brand, and babies vary in size, the following ages give an indication of what sized clothing to purchase. Remember we can exchange sizing if you chose incorrectly (please refer to our refund / exchange policy). Organic clothing is generous in sizing. Meaning more wear for the baby before the grow out of it!!!

Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and may be changed without notice. Prices are subject to GST which is included in the stated product price and itemised on the invoice.
